We left Pierre that morning and started our journey west. Our first stop was Wall Drug. If you’ve never been to Wall Drug in the off season, it’s really quite nice. It’s very quiet with almost no people around. You get to see most of the stuff that’s there during the summer but there aren’t fourteen million people there for you to run over trying to get the last glass of free ice water.
